Yan Goldshteyn, the Principal attorney, is in good standing with the California State Bar, admitted before the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the Immigration Courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals. He has also been selected as the Super Lawyer’s Southern California Rising Star since 2016 to present.
Mr. Goldshteyn received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Economics with minor in Statistics and worked in the private sector before attending law school. After earning his Juris Doctorate at Western State school of law, he provided legal services spanning various fields of practice, including: drafting and negotiating contracts, advocating for immigrant rights, to defending corporations, executives and professionals, IP prosecution, dispute resolution, as well as criminal defense.
Aside from work, Yan is extensively involved in volunteer services, actively giving back to the community. He serves as the President-Elect on the Barristers' Board of Governors for the Beverly Hills Bar Association. As an active member of the Association, he organizes, moderates and presents a series of continuing legal education programs as well as provides assistance to the underserved community by helping to address their legal needs and answer questions.
