CONRAD E. POLLACK is the managing partner and head of the immigration department at Pollack, Pollack, Isaac & DeCicco, LLP. In 1981, Mr. Pollack graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York University, receiving the NYC Founders' Day Award for academic excellence. He also graduated Phi Beta Kappa (the nation's most prestigious and selective academic society). In 1984, Mr. Pollack graduated from Brooklyn Law School and was admitted to practice law in the state of New York the following year. During his lengthy career, Mr. Pollack acquired a profound knowledge of all aspects of immigration law and has helped thousands of immigrants achieve the American Dream. Since becoming PPID's managing partner in 1988, he has successfully grown and expanded the firm's original immigration-based focus into a full service law firm. Mr. Pollack is a proud member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the New York Court Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the American Bar Association. Mr. Pollack, attained an AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale-Hubbell for being ranked at the highest level of professional excellence by his peers, and was recognized with a Distinguished Lawyer Designation by the Expert Network in 2017 (granted to the Top 3% lawyers in the nation).
About Pollack, Pollack, Isaac & DeCicco, LLP
Arthur Pollack founded our firm in 1955. At that time the firm focused solely on immigration law. Pollack, Pollack, Isaac & DeCicco, LLP took its current shape in the 1980s, with Arthur's son, Conrad E. Pollack, along with Fred A. DeCicco and Brian J. Isaac as the partners. Conrad Pollack continued his father's immigration practice while Brian J. Isaac started our appeals practice, and Fred A. DeCicco started our real estate / commercial law department.
In 2015, Adam S. Handler (also known as The Case Handler) joined as a partner and head of our personal injury department. Jillian Rosen was named partner (appellate department) in 2017; and H. Susan Oh (real estate / commercial law department) and Nelson A. Madrid (immigration department) were named partner in 2018.
