Claudia Slovinsky and Associates, PLLC is a national law firm located in New York City specializing in all aspects of immigration and nationality law. We also handle temporary visa applications such as H-1B visas for professionals, L-1 visas for intra-company transferees, E visas for investors, O visas for those prominent in their field, P visas for performers, and R visas for religious workers. In addition, we practice family and marriage-based immigration law including applications to adjust status and consular processing for immigrant and K-1 and K-3 visas.
