Meghann was admitted to practice law in Connecticut in 2012. She is conversational in French and has staff fluent in Spanish, French, and Portuguese.
Meghann’s legal work complements her humanitarian interests. Meghann is involved in various causes, including the Fuller Center for Housing, a nonprofit dedicated to building houses in Haiti and other countries. She traveled four times to Haiti, where she assisted in the construction of multiple homes in a community that was devastated by the earthquake in 2010, and donated personal hygiene items, clothes and toys to the community.
Meghann is active in local organizations as well. She is Treasurer of the Middlesex County Bar Association (2014 to present) and past chair of Connecticut AILA (2020 to 2022). She is a board member of the World Affairs Council of Connecticut. She was appointed to the Connecticut State Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights and is a member of the Middlesex County Chamber of Commerce and the Middlesex United Way. She has also been an adjunct professor at the University of Connecticut School of Law.
