My practice is
dedicated to Immigration and Nationality Law. I specialize in removal
(deportation) defense, family-based petitions, waivers, naturalization,
and asylum.
I graduated from the University of Denver Sturm
College of Law. There, I was the Tenth Circuit Survey Editor for the
Denver University Law Review, Co-President of the Spanish Speaking
Lawyers Association, and a Teaching Assistant.
I graduated from
the Colorado College with a degree in Mathematical Economics and a Minor
in Spanish, which I earned while living and studying in Oaxaca, Mexico.
I am fluent in Spanish. I enjoy the many outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer.
