We also represent clients before the immigration court in Hartford, Connecticut and Boston, Massachusetts. Our founder and managing attorney, Rafael R. Pichardo, is an immigrant to the United States who became a United States Citizen when he was 17 years old. Our firm is comprised of primarily immigrants and our attorneys are also familiar with the sacrifices and struggles of the immigrant experience.
