Immigration Background
Ms. Orbach-Rosenberg has a passion for what she does and truly cares about her clients. Her interest in Immigration law stems from her own experience as an immigrant. She was born in Poland and lived in Canada and Israel before immigrating to the United States.
Having gone through the US immigration process, she encountered countless difficulties and frustrations presented by the immigration system, the lack of accurate information and several delays in the process. Her first-hand experience with U.S. immigration renders her sympathetic to the plight of her clients and well equipped to advocate on their behalf and help them navigate through the complicated immigration process.

Over the past decade Ms. Orbach-Rosenberg has fiercely represented many thousands of clients throughout the United States in their immigration cases. Education
Ms. Orbach Rosenberg attended Carlton University in Canada and Hebrew University in Jerusalem for her undergraduate studies, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations. She received her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Manchester in England, and her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Richmond in Virginia.
Ms. Orbach-Rosenberg has over ten years of experience as immigration defense counsel. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She is consulted on many complex immigration law issues by many nationally recognized law firms. She appeared as a speaker on the current immigration law on several TV programs and was interviewed by numerous newspapers. She continues to give lectures in immigrant communities on various immigration law topics.
