Remzi represented thousands of individual and corporate clients in immigration matters nationwide. He works extensively in cases involving nonimmigrant work visas, employment, and family-based permanent residency applications. He has a particular interest in structuring foreign investment in the U.S. and obtaining work visas/green cards for investors and key personnel. He successfully obtained approvals for EB-1 extraordinary ability applications and EB-2 National Interest waiver applications. He also represents clients in obtaining permanent residency through PERM and EB-5 green card investment projects.

 

Remzi has a strong social media presence where he creates constant content about immigration law developments. He also maintains a Turkish blog. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 2004. He attends the SelectUSA Investment summit regularly.

Remzi obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from Marmara University School of Law in 1998, and he graduated with distinction from Tulane Law School’s LLM program in 2000. He is admitted to the N.Y. bar since 2001. He is married and has two daughters. He enjoys traveling, playing soccer, and table tennis.
