Since 2001 we have been providing immigration related legal services in the Washington DC Metro Area. We have two full time US licensed attorneys and one attorney licensed in Romaia. We have successfully filed many H1Bs, PERM Petitions, EB-1(a) and (b), and NIW applications. We have successfully defended individuals in removal proceedings including 212c applications, 240 (A) and (B) cancellation applications, NACARA, TPS, and I-360 applications and of course adjustment of status applications. We have also successfully prepared and presented family and naturalization petitions.
