Ashley Foret Dees is a partner at the innovative law firm of Berry, Appleman & Leiden, LLP, practicing primarily in the area of employment-based immigration law with a focus on H-2 and PERM. She has considerable experience in a variety of areas of immigration law: H-2A and H-2B Labor Certification and Visa Processing, H-1B visas, Family Adjustment of Status cases, Consular Processing around the world and representation before the Immigration Courts.
