Amir Farzaneh is an accomplished immigration lawyer with more than 27 years of legal experience. He received his J.D. from Oklahoma City University. Over the years, Amir has handled numerous complex and intricate immigration matters. He is an educator, an author of various articles, and a co-author of two books about immigration law, published by Aspatore Books. As a frequent speaker, Amir provides valuable insight on Immigration Law issues. He has spoken numerously for many organizations including but not limited to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), The Federal Bar Association, The Oklahoma Bar Association, several state and local human resource management groups, Colleges and Universities, Rotary Clubs, and professional organizations Such Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), and Vistage.
Amir is admitted to practice before the Executive Office for Immigration Review, Western District of Oklahoma Federal Court, 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a former president of the South Oklahoma City Lawyers Association and a member of the Oklahoma, Texas, and American Bar Associations, in addition to the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
