Enrico is licensed to practice law in both Michigan (member of the Michigan State Bar) and Ontario (member of the Law Society of Upper Canada) and is a Certified Mediator for Oakland County, Michigan. Enrico is also an adjunct Professor for the University of Detroit Mercy, College of Business Administration, a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) serving as CHAIR of the Custom Border Patrol Liaison Committee for AILA's Michigan Chapter and a member of the Canada–U.S. Business Association (CUSBA).
Enrico has advised large and small U.S. and Canadian employers nationwide regarding the hiring and retaining of foreign workers such as business managers, executives, technical personnel, investors, university professors and researchers, medical doctors and other health care professionals, and professionals in the hospitality industry. Addressing the challenges associated with cross-border living, and investing, Enrico:
- Advises and represents individuals, companies, organizations in selecting the best strategy that accomplishes their goals re cross-border matters that include immigration, employment, tax, estate, medical and financial matters;
- Counsels employers regarding provisions of the Immigration and Reform and Control Act of 1989, including I-9 audits and compliance and employer sanctions;

Enrico's unique abilities and experience on both sides of the U.S./Canadian border in business, immigration and law distinguishes him as a multi-disciplined counselor. Able to formulate business and legal strategies from business formation through dissolution, Enrico is able to effectively communicate and bridge gap between multiple and, at times, conflicting legal, business, immigration and financial disciplines. With offices situated on both sides of the 49th parallel (Detroit-Windsor), Enrico is able to provide clients with both US and Canadian Border Representation, often finalizing matters that could otherwise have taken months to address.
