Meet Your Trusted Immigration Attorney
Since 2003, my professional career has been dedicated to the practice of U.S. Immigration Law. I have successfully guided hundreds of clients from around the world in navigating the complex legal pathways to live, work, study, or conduct business in the United States. Based in St. Petersburg, Florida—part of the vibrant Tampa Bay metropolitan area—my law firm is committed to providing personal, effective immigration representation.
Whether your goal is to obtain a temporary visa, a Green Card (permanent residence), or U.S. citizenship, I help you find the right path forward. My clients include individuals, families, and businesses of all sizes, and I take pride in making the U.S. your new home—temporarily or permanently.
I am a fully licensed attorney in the State of Florida and admitted to practice in Florida’s highest court, as well as across all U.S. federal jurisdictions for immigration matters. This means I can represent you no matter where in the world you are located. My practice regularly engages with nearly every U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) office nationwide, as well as U.S. Embassies and Consulates globally.
I’m a proud member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and have been honored with both the prestigious AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell and a 10/10 Superb Rating from Avvo. These distinctions reflect my commitment to excellence and integrity in legal representation.
Beyond immigration law, I’ve authored numerous legal and non-legal publications—including books available on Amazon—covering topics such as U.S. immigration, cryptocurrency investing, precious metals, and even backyard beekeeping. My passion for education also led me to serve as an Adjunct Professor at St. Petersburg College, where I taught immigration law to aspiring paralegals pursuing their bachelor’s degrees.
I also serve the legal community as a volunteer attorney on the Florida Bar’s Committee on the Unlicensed Practice of Law (UPL), helping protect the public from fraud and unauthorized legal services.
Having spent two decades of my early life in Germany, I’m a native German speaker and bring a multicultural perspective to my practice. I earned my B.A. in Political Science and International Affairs cum laude from the University of South Florida in 1998, and my J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 2000.
Outside the office, I pursue a wide range of interests—from backyard beekeeping to Krav Maga, fencing, and marksmanship. I also enjoy biking, walking my dog, playing chess and backgammon, and collecting Rubik’s cubes.
