Currently, staff includes myself, another lawyer and an several paralegalss. Our office considers our primary languages as English, Khmer and Spanish. We have a staffed office in Phnom Penh Cambodia and we do many things that just can’t be done without in-country presence
We do Visa Applications (both IV and NIV) for family and fiancees and, in the case of NIVs, friends. We do Marriage Based green card packages,(including for Visa Overstays) renewal of 2 year green cards (removal of condition and waiver) Deportation, Removal, Cancellation, affirmative and defensive VAWA, Asylum, and Litigation in Federal District and Appeals Court. Of course, we do Naturalization and Citizenship Certificate applications.
We do Deportation defense for criminal matters and can secure Criminal Counsel for collateral attack on a State Court conviction which is causing immigration problems.
