We operate on the Grace Law Practice Creed:
1. We treat each case as though it is our only case.
2. Each client has a right to know our strategy for success and must approve it.
3. We will not accept a new client unless we have the time to handle the file.
4. We will not discuss our fees with a client unless we understand the case and can offer legal strategies.
5. We will send to our client any document we send out or receive about his/her case. It is the Client’s Case STUPID!!
6. We will explain to our cleint his/her case in non-lawyer terms, as much as is possible.
7. We will put each client through a question and answer session similar to what they could go through with the government. We will not accept clients who refuse to consider the worst case scenario.
8. We will always tell each client the inconvenient truth about his/her case.
9. We will stay informed about developments in immigration law that could affect a client's case.
10. If our initial assumptions turn out to be incorrect, we will timely disclose that to the client and suggest change of course.
