My practice is limited to U.S. Immigration. I have been in practice and a member of AILA since 2002. I handle all types of business and employment visas including both immigrant and non-immigrant. I also handle family based immigration cases and Naturalization applications. Over the years I have handled other various cases including: VAWA, WAIVERS, TPS, DACA, Asylum, H-1B site investigations.
