White & Associates is led by Kenneth White, an AILA member since 1994 who lived outside the US for more than a dozen years. During this time, the firm has had thousands of clients, resolving complicated visa problems; helping obtain tourist, business, student, work, and fiancee visas; providing representation in applying for and receiving immigrant and nonimmigrant waivers; assisting in the immigration of EB-5 investors, EB-1A extraordinary ability individuals, and EB-1C multinational executives; and providing legal support in obtaining US citizenship.
