The Law Office of Jay D. Steinberg specializes exclusively in immigration, nationality and consular matters. Mr. Steinberg is an experienced and highly respected member of the Immigration Bar with over 30 years broad-based experience in all phases of immigration practice and procedure. Prior to entering private practice in 1979, Mr. Steinberg was employed as a Trial Attorney and Naturalization Examiner with the U.S. Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Service in New York City (1974-1979).
Our office has represented a diverse clientele including large corporations, small businesses and individuals covering the full spectrum of immigration matters. As a solo practitioner, our office provides each and every client, large or small, with personalized hands-on service, attention and accessibility. Mr. Steinberg is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, New York County Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the states of New York, New Jersey, and Ohio.
