Tsui H. Yee is a partner at Yee Durkin & Puri, LLP and has been practicing immigration law since 1999. After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Tufts University in 1993, Ms. Yee went on to obtain her law degree from the U.C.L.A. School of Law in 1998. Ms. Yee is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the Eastern District of New York, and the Southern District of New Year. Aside from being a member of AILA, Tsui is also actively involved with the New York County Lawyers Association, the Asian American Bar Association of New York, and the Korean American Lawyers Association of Greater New York.
Jennifer Durkin is a partner at Yee Durkin & Puri, LLP and has been practicing immigration law since 1999. She graduated from the U.C.L.A. School of Law and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Southeast Asian Studies from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Ms. Durkin is admitted to practice in the State of California and the District of Columbia and solely limits her practice to federal immigration law. She is a member of AILA and the National Immigration Project of the National Lawyers Guild.
