Fran Berger has been practicing immigration and nationality law in New York City for more than twenty-five years.  Her offices, with three associates, are located in Manhattan's Tribeca.  The practice is concentrated on employment-based immigration law for corporate and individual clients, including foreign student and medical related issues, and extends to family-based immigration matters and naturalization. She is a graduate of the University of Buffalo Law School.  Fran has been an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, having served in numerous liaison and conference planning roles.  She received the American Immigration Lawyers Association President’s Commendation in 2004 and 2006 in recognition of her contributions to the organization. 

Fran is a former member of the Board of Governors of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, a former Chair of the Committee on Immigration & Nationality Law of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and she was an Adjunct Professor at New York Law School.

 She has been listed in Best Lawyers in America for 10 years and more recently has been listed in in Superlawyers.
